- Amalkan low carb diet
- SESUDU CUKA SELEPAS MAKAN
- TEH HIJAU + BAWANG PUTIH
- VITAMIN C

- Senaman 

NEVER TOO LATE TO CHANGE MY LIFE...

Make one small change for14 days. 
- I will give up rice for 14 days.
- I will give up sweet drinks for 14 days. - No soda, No caffeine

- I will exercise at least 10 minutes per day.
- No meals between 8 p.m to 8.a.m
- No dairy (except greek yogurt)
- Take a multivitamin (preferably 1/2 in the moorning and 1/2 at night)
